summer program is open
Thank you for your interest in our new Summer Program at Acorn Learning Center. To secure a spot on the wait list, please register for the Summer Program by submitting the registration form (link found at bottom of this page) AND pay the Summer Program supply fee (link also found at the bottom of this page).
What You Need To Know
New Students
Registration for NEW STUDENTS opens at 9am on FEBRUARY 1, 2025. Please note:
• Online registration must be complete & the supply fee must be paid in full in order to secure your spot on the wait list.
• Supply fee will be refunded if there is not enough classroom availability.
• Registration is on a first come, first serve basis in order of priority (please see Order of Priority list below)
• All families will be notified of acceptance or denial via email by APRIL 7th, 2025.

Current Students
• Registration for CURRENT STUDENTS opens at 9am on MARCH 1st, 2025 and closes on MARCH 31st, 2025.
• Online registration must be complete & the supply fee must be paid in order to secure your spot on the wait list.
• Supply fee will be refunded if there is not enough classroom availability.
• Registration is on a first come, first serve basis in order of registration (Acorn Students will have priority until March 31st)
• All families will be notified of acceptance or denial via email by APRIL 7th, 2025.

A yearly supply fee is due with your registration and required for each child. A complete and submitted registration form AND payment of the supply fee places your child on the class wait list. The supply fee is non-refundable unless there is no classroom availability. The supply fee covers all books, paper, pencils, art supplies, and other such resources for the entirety of the school year.
Tuition is divided into nine equal payments, regardless of how many days are in the month.
You are welcome to make monthly, quarterly, annual, or semi-annual payment. Monthly tuition is due by the 1st of each month, and no later than the 5th of each month. There is no tuition due in June, July, or August.
